How Our Snowmobile Rentals Work

Step 1: Booking Your Snowmobile

• All rentals are for 23-hour periods.

• Select your preferred start date and time using our online booking system.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.

Step 2: Preparing for Your Ride

• Pickup Time: Please arrive promptly at your scheduled pickup time.

• Location: 11650 E Palmer Wasilla Hwy Palmer Ak 99645

• What to Bring:

  • Valid driver’s license (Must be 18 years of age)

  • Credit card for deposit.

  • Winter gear (helmet, gloves, jacket, etc.).

Helmets are required and can be provided if needed.

Step 3: Rental Check-In

• Upon arrival, you’ll complete a quick check-in process:

  • Sign the rental agreement and liability waiver.

  • Receive a safety briefing and operating instructions.

Step 4: Enjoy Your Snowmobile Adventure

• Enjoy the full 23-hour rental period

• Follow all safety and trail guidelines for a smooth experience

Step 5: Return & Check-Out

• Return the snowmobile within 23 hours of your pickup time.

• We’ll inspect the equipment upon return.

• Any remaining balance or charges (e.g., damages or late returns) will be processed at this time.

Important Information

• Cancellations: Must be made at least fourteen days in advance to receive a refund of the deposit.

• Damage Policy: Renters are liable for any damages. Optional insurance is available at the time of booking.
